Cumberland Packaging Selects Amtech Software to Modernize UK Operations
Cumberland Packaging Ltd has selected Amtech Software’s Encore ERP platform to streamline its manufacturing and business operations, marking a significant step in the company’s digital transformation.
The partnership also strengthens Amtech Software’s expansion in the UK packaging sector, adding to its established presence among label manufacturing customers in the region.
Based in Southend-on-Sea, Cumberland Packaging is one of the UK’s top five independent corrugated sheet plants. With more than 40 years of industry experience, the company manufactures corrugated and solid board packaging, converted polystyrene, foam products, and a range of ancillary packaging solutions for customers across the UK.
The implementation of the Encore ERP platform will provide Cumberland Packaging with enhanced visibility across production, inventory management, and delivery operations. The integrated system is expected to improve operational efficiency while supporting the company’s commitment to delivering customer orders reliably and on schedule.
John Watson, Owner and Managing Director of Cumberland Packaging, said the company selected Encore ERP after evaluating multiple solutions.
