We’re excited to announce that the Abbe Group is bringing Oji Fibre Solutions Australia into the family. This move enables us to extend our reach into Queensland and further strengthen our existing corrugated capabilities in Victoria and NSW.
The acquisition takes effect 1st November 2025. We are excited about the opportunities this acquisition brings to our customers, people and suppliers. It strengthens The Abbe Group’s infrastructure and service reach, reinforcing our capability to deliver high-quality products to customers across Australia.
The acquisition includes additional corrugating facilities for Abbe in Victoria, NSW, and Queensland, as well as regional distribution and erecting locations in Far North Queensland and the Sunraysia region. The Abbe Group is proudly family-owned and operated and has built its reputation on decades of experience in the packaging industry.
This investment reflects a long-standing tradition of innovation, operational excellence, and a deep commitment to customer service. This acquisition represents a major milestone for Abbe.
