The Boxery has announced a new warehouse logistics strategy aimed at improving delivery efficiency and reducing shipping delays for cardboard boxes and bulk packaging supplies across major U.S. markets.

Based in Lyndhurst, New Jersey, the company said the updated distribution model is designed to strengthen inventory availability, shorten delivery timelines, and support businesses that depend on a reliable packaging supply chain.

The revised approach uses distributed inventory across several warehouse locations in the United States, allowing products such as corrugated boxes, mailers, and packaging materials to be positioned closer to customers in key shipping regions.

According to the company, the system is intended to improve order processing speed and provide more consistent transit times for e-commerce businesses, retailers, commercial shippers, and moving companies.

The Boxery explained that delays in packaging supply can directly affect order fulfillment schedules and customer service operations, especially during peak demand periods. By decentralising inventory, the company aims to help customers avoid stock shortages and reduce reliance on long-distance shipments from a single distribution center.

The logistics expansion is also expected to support bulk buyers requiring uninterrupted access to packaging products. The company currently stocks more than 1,000 sizes of cardboard boxes, including standard corrugated cartons and heavy-duty packaging solutions, and said the new warehouse network is designed to improve nationwide product availability.

The Boxery added that faster fulfillment can help businesses reduce excess inventory storage and respond more effectively to changing order volumes.

The company stated that the logistics update is intended to benefit a wide customer base, including online sellers, industrial buyers, and consumers preparing for relocations, while continuing to operate through its online-only business model.

Commenting on the development, the company said the initiative focuses on making packaging supply more dependable for businesses that cannot afford shipping interruptions.

The move also reflects growing demand for reliable packaging solutions and increasing pressure on businesses to manage freight costs while maintaining efficient supply chain operations.
