Schobertechnologies Unveils XXL Product Delivery System for the RSM410 IML/MX
New Delivery Technology Significantly Increases Productivity in Die-Cutting and Stacking
Eberdingen, September 2026 – Schobertechnologies GmbH, a specialist in the development and manufacture of rotary cutting and die-cutting machines, will present its new XXL Product Delivery System for the RSM410 IML/MX for the first time on the American continent at LOUPE Americas 2026. Developed following successful production trials, the innovative solution will now make its live debut before an international industry audience.
With the new XXL Product Delivery System, Schobertechnologies enhances efficiency in the automated processing of in-mould labels and other die-cut products. Compared to conventional delivery systems, the gripper can pick up and stack two consecutive product lengths simultaneously. Depending on the product format, this can significantly increase delivery performance and, in certain applications, even double the output capacity.
In addition to increased productivity, the new system offers further advantages for industrial manufacturing. The machine can optionally be prepared for efficient stack removal, enabling seamless transfer to downstream automated banding processes. Thanks to its high degree of automation, manual intervention is reduced to a minimum, process lead times are shortened, and costly production steps are eliminated. The result is greater operational efficiency, enhanced process reliability, and measurable cost savings.
