Robatech AG, family-owned provider of adhesive application systems with headquarters in Muri, Switzerland, acquired all shares of balti AG
The Swiss company, which has been in business since 1985 and specializes in custom process solutions for hot melt adhesive application, will continue to operate as an independent company within the Robatech Group and will be known as “balti — part of Robatech” going forward.
Two complementary business

adhesive application. Robatech offers a strong standard and high-volume business with a global sales and service network. With this acquisition, Robatech is combining these two strengths. Continuity for customers and employees
No restructuring or job cuts are planned in connection with the acquisition. balti will remain an independently organized entity. The collaboration will be further developed in stages. Existing customer and supplier relationships, as well as ongoing projects, will continue unchanged. Rebekka Reichmuth from Robatech will assume operational management of balti AG effective immediately. Urs Sachs, former owner and CEO of balti AG, will support the company as a senior advisor during an agreed-upon transition period. It is important to
