ACR (AmerCareRoyal, LLC), a leading provider of foodservice essentials and operational supplies, announced the acquisition of Ultra Green Packaging, a leading supplier of molded fiber packaging, including take-n-bake pizza trays, sushi trays, and bakeware, marking ACR’s twelfth strategic add-on acquisition since partnering with Oridian Capital Partners.

The acquisition deepens ACR‘s PrimeWare™ line with Ultra Green’s molded fiber expertise, expanding ACR’s compostable and sustainable packaging offering, and strengthening its position with grocery and retail customers.

“Customer demand for sustainable packaging solutions continues to grow across the foodservice and grocery channels, and Ultra Green strengthens our ability to meet that need,” said Scott Milberg, Chief Executive Officer of ACR. “Their molded fiber capabilities and compostable packaging credentials complement our existing portfolio well, and we look forward to bringing these solutions to a broader base of grocery and retail customers.”
“Ultra Green reflects the kind of business we seek out for ACR’s platform: an established company with a strong niche and product portfolio,” said Brendon Biddle, Managing Director at Oridian Capital Partners. “Given its complimentary nature, we believe the combination with ACR’s infrastructure and customer relationships will create growth opportunities for the combined business.”
“Since assuming ownership of Ultra Green, our primary objectives have been to deliver high-performing packaging solutions, provide unparalleled customer service, and adhere to rigorous sustainability standards,” said Kristin Davidson, President and Owner of Ultra Green Packaging. “Joining ACR enables us to extend this commitment to a broader customer base while continuing to uphold the exceptional service, quality, and compliance standards upon which our business was established.”

Ultra Green’s Kristin Davidson will remain actively involved following the acquisition, alongside key members of the management team.

Greenberg Traurig, LLP served as legal counsel to ACR. Tamarack Advisory Partners served as financial advisor to Ultra Green, with Taft serving as legal counsel.
