Sirius marks the beginning of a new era of external adhesive pattern control at Robatech. We are delighted to present our customers with a pattern control that combines flexibility, speed, and ease of use while at the same time replacing the proven AS 30, AS 50, and AS 60 control units.
Sirius was developed for companies that want to efficiently control and monitor precise cold or hot glue application regardless of whether they operate a small system or an extensive adhesive application system with numerous application heads.
Thanks to its modular design, Sirius can be configured to meet individual requirements. The three versions, Sirius Core, Sirius Flex, and Sirius Booster, offer suitable solutions for a wide variety of machines and production environments.
We would particularly like to highlight the new booster modules, which can also be used as stand-alone modules. They enable faster switching times for the application heads and at the same time improve their lifetime by lowering the voltage.
Sirius can be used independently of the manufacturer of the adhesive application system and can be flexibly expanded. Thanks to its modern electronics, Sirius is optimally equipped for the future in industry.
