Zeus Packaging Partners with Progroup to Establish Major UK Corrugated Hub
Zeus Packaging has entered into a long-term partnership with corrugated sheetboard manufacturer Progroup at its Packaging Park in Ellesmere Port, UK.
Beginning in October 2026, Zeus Packaging will consolidate a significant portion of its UK corrugated packaging production at the Ellesmere Port site, establishing a major manufacturing hub serving the UK market.
The facility is expected to produce more than 100 million square metres of corrugated packaging annually, significantly strengthening Zeus Packaging’s production capacity and supply chain capabilities.
The partnership will bring Zeus’s corrugated converting operations alongside Progroup’s corrugated sheet feeder plant, creating an integrated production flow from sheetboard manufacturing through to finished packaging.
According to Zeus Packaging founder and owner Brian O’Sullivan, the partnership will improve the company’s responsiveness while strengthening its supply chain and supporting its long-term growth and sustainability objectives.
“Bringing production together at Ellesmere Port means we can be more responsive, strengthen our supply chain and continue delivering the quality and service our customers rely on,” O’Sullivan said.
The new manufacturing setup is expected to support Zeus Packaging’s expansion in the UK while creating efficiencies through the close integration of sheetboard supply and packaging conversion.
