A U.S.-based corrugated packaging manufacturer has enhanced its production  capabilities by deploying six BM3000-HD heavy duty box making machines across three facilities.

The company operates 15 facilities across 6 states, servicing the Midwest United States and beyond, and is already considering expanding its Aopack machine fleet in the future.

Deployment Overview

The six BM3000-HD machines were delivered between March and June 2025 with customizations including:

  • Flexo printing capabilities
  • Handle hole die-cutting
  • Inch-based measurement system

Deployment Locations:

  • La Porte, Indiana – 2 machines
  • Middletown, Ohio – 2 machines
  • Van Wert, Ohio – 2 machines
