Mitsubishi Heavy Industries America (MHIA) Corrugating Machinery Division (CMD) will debut the 60N Single Facer, part of a renewed focus on corrugator solutions in North America, at CorrExpo 2025, taking place October 20–22 at the Savannah Convention Center in Savannah, GA. The company will also showcase new digital service tools and expanded support programs for its acclaimed EVOL flexo folder gluers at Booth #701.
“CorrExpo is a special opportunity to connect directly with the corrugated community and learn from their experiences,” said Masato Yoshida, newly appointed Senior Vice President of Sales, MHIA CMD. “I’m looking forward to the meaningful conversations that will help us better understand our customers’ evolving needs and how we can continue to deliver solutions that move their businesses forward.”
With momentum building around the reintroduction of corrugators in North America, MHIA introduces the 60N Single Facer, a robust addition to its expanding corrugator lineup. The 60N represents MHIA’s commitment to advancing high-performance solutions for today’s box makers.
To support this renewed focus, MHIA has launched the Corrugator Audit Program (CAP), a customer-first service offering that includes tailored machine evaluations, line audits, and system upgrades. CAP is designed to help box makers maximize performance, plan for the future, and optimize operations across the entire production line. Together, the 60N and CAP reflect MHIA’s consultative approach to corrugator sales and service, combining innovation with long-term customer success.
MHIA will also spotlight its latest innovations for the EVOL, the company’s high-performance flexo folder gluer known for its speed, precision, and reliability. Recent enhancements to the EVOL Augmented Reality (AR) Library now include full support for the EVOL 115, offering intuitive 3D work instructions and Remote Assist capabilities to reduce downtime and improve technician confidence. These tools build on the proven success of AR procedures for the EVOL 100 and reflect MHIA’s ongoing investment in practical, plant-ready digital solutions.
MHIA is also expanding EVOL Legacy Status, a new support program for machines 15 years and older. The program includes a complimentary annual health check and discounts on genuine parts, helping long-time users extend machine life and plan ahead with confidence.
“The EVOL continues to set the standard for performance in flexo folder gluers,” said Christine Little, Director of Sales, MHIA CMD. “But just as important is how we support our customers day in and day out, through smart service programs, responsive teams, and tools that make a real impact on production.”
