Corrugman : Chinese is the Toughest language in the world how do you learn it and what makes you to learn this?

Mount 大山 : Yes, Chinese is a very Tough language, but it’s all about having the passion and interest to learn anything. I heard that someone I know is learning Chinese, and they said it’s very difficult. At the same time, I decided to learn it too.

CM : Is there any benefit u are getting in the market to be a fluent Chinese speaker?

M : Of course, many people communicate through emails, messages, and translation tools, whereas I make direct calls to factory owners to resolve technical issues and other related matters.

CM : ⁠Is anything else you import from the packaging machines?

M : Yes, whenever people find out that I live in China and speak fluent Chinese, factory owners ask me to help import other machines and raw materials as well, even those unrelated to the packaging industry.

CM : what makes u different in the market?

M : We tell our customers, “If you can’t find any machine or spare part in the market, let us know—we can arrange it directly from China.”

Many machine traders source products through trading companies in China, but I deal directly with different factories for different machines. This ensures better quality, faster service, and quicker resolution because I receive direct feedback from customers.

CM : Do you deal in the North Indian market or across Pan India?

M : Mostly, we focus on the North Indian market. However, if we receive inquiries from other regions, we can cater to those customers as well.

CM : What else Machines u have supplied in the market?

M : We have installed strech film plant, bubble film plant, foam making plant, biscuit packaging plant, rigid box plant, hard board plant, honeycomb plant, paper making plant and many different sectors we already touched.
