CM : How does customer feedback and machine-performance experience contribute to the development of improved products and engineering solutions?

SB : Customer feedback is one of the most valuable practical inputs for an engineering company.

When a customer approaches us with a machine problem, we try to understand the operating conditions, production requirements and specific application rather than looking only at the component itself.

This practical understanding helps us modify or develop components according to actual requirements. Machine-performance experience also helps us identify opportunities for improving accuracy, reliability, productivity and overall machine performance. In this way, every engineering requirement provides an opportunity to learn and improve our solutions.

CM : . What areas of innovation are you currently focusing on to make corrugated and packaging machinery more automated, efficient and reliable?

SB : Our key areas of focus are automation, machine modification, conveyor integration and customized Special Purpose Machine development.

We are particularly interested in solutions that can reduce manual handling, improve repeatability and increase production consistency.

By combining mechanical systems with sensors, motors, pneumatic components and automation controls, we can develop solutions for specific production requirements. Our objective is to make machines more efficient and reliable while providing practical automation solutions that can be integrated into existing manufacturing environments.
