Nefab Group, through its subsidiary Nefab Packaging Netherlands B.V., has acquired Jase and Heuman, two Dutch companies renowned for their premium wood-based packaging and HD corrugated combination solutions and packing services.
This strategic move strengthens Nefab’s global and local presence while reaffirming its commitment to saving resources in supply chains. The addition of Jase’s high-quality wood-based packaging solutions and Heuman’s presence in the service segment complements Nefab’s existing regional portfolio of cleanroom services, ISTA test lab, and complete packaging solutions. This acquisition enhances Nefab’s ability to deliver innovative and sustainable packaging solutions to both global and local customers.
“This acquisition strengthens Nefab’s position in the regional market and enhances our capacity to deliver premium wood-based solutions and services to customers in, for example, key segments like Healthcare and Semicon. By expanding our market presence and sustainable product portfolio, we are ready to provide even greater value to our customers,” said Per Öhagen, President and CEO of Nefab Group.
“We are proud to join the Nefab Group and contribute to their mission and global value proposition. Nefab’s ambitious growth strategy and commitment to customer service and resource efficiency align perfectly with our own values, and we look forward to growing together,” said Martijn Seerden and Peter Jacobs, Owners of Jase and Heuman.
“This acquisition allows us to further enhance our ability to deliver innovative solutions that generate both financial and environmental benefits for our regional and local customers. We are excited to welcome the Jase and Heuman team to the Nefab Group,” said Rui Garrido, Executive Vice President of Nefab EMEA. Following the acquisition of Jase and Heuman, the Nefab Group now comprises over 5,000 employees across 38 countries, with an annual turnover exceeding 10 billion SEK.
