Tetra Pak is expanding its Binh Duong facility to increase the production of aseptic cartons.

Tetra Pak inaugurated the expansion of its packaging material production plant in Binh Duong, Vietnam. 

This significant milestone boosts the plant’s annual capacity from 12 billion to 30 billion packages, enabling faster delivery of innovative and sustainable aseptic carton solutions to food and beverage producers across Southeast Asia.

The expansion reflects Tetra Pak’s ongoing commitment to making food safe and available everywhere. By scaling up production, we’re not only meeting growing regional demand but also supporting our customers in achieving sustainable growth – true to our global vision.

Tetra Pak beverage cartons offer a shelf life of up to 12 months, enabling safe, high-quality food and beverages to reach consumers wherever they are. These cartons are ideal for a wide range of products, including coconut cream and milk, plant-based beverages, dairy, juices, nectars, and still drinks—perfectly aligned with the evolving preferences of Southeast Asian markets.

To meet the rising demand across the region, we are expanding our packaging portfolio with 15 new formats, made possible by the latest investment to add a second packaging material production line in our Binh Duong facility.

New formats have been made available, in a variety of shapes and sizes, from our best-selling Tetra Brik® Aseptic, Tetra Prisma® Aseptic and Tetra Wedge® Aseptic packaging ranges.These additions bring our total packaging portfolio to over 26 formats, offering our customers greater flexibility and innovations to meet diverse consumer needs.
