This investment not only represents a technological upgrade but also\u00a0a clear promise to our customers: more capacity, better performance, and even stronger customer focus.<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">With over 90 years of experience, <span style=\"color: #545454;\"><a style=\"color: #545454;\" href=\"https:\/\/vpkgroup.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">VPK<\/a><\/span> Packaging continues to invest in the latest technologies. The new <span style=\"color: #b58468;\"><a style=\"color: #b58468;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.corrugman.com\/vpk-packaging-invests-in-sustainable-corrugated-growth\/\">corrugator<\/a> <\/span>replaces the previous 2.50m machine and was installed in exactly the same location, with minimal disruption to production. Thanks to a well-thought-out plan, smart logistics, and the dedication of our employees, we were able to continue producing boxes \u2014 even during the seven-week conversion.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cThis investment is not only a technical milestone but also proof of what internal collaboration can achieve.\u201d \u2014 Tony Reunes, Operations Director Corrugated Board BE &amp; NL Our choice for a 2.80m wide machine aligns with our ambition for our site in Erembodegem: growing from 100 to 170 million m\u00b2 of corrugated board.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Our new BHS corrugator is a state-of-the-art installation that enables us to produce board with:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Higher quality through advanced glue temperature control<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Less waste thanks to more efficient processes<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Greater reliability via the integrated zero-defect system<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Faster delivery due to increased capacity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Our employees played a crucial role in the success of this project. Their flexibility and commitment made it possible to keep production running during the conversion. Our external partners were also invaluable. Their expertise and involvement accelerated the installation and ensured a smooth start-up.
