(MHIA) Corrugating Machinery Division is pleased to announce the successful startup of North America\u2019s first MPF-MII Prefeeder, its latest advancement in enhancing front-of-line efficiency in corrugated box plants. <\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Designed for seamless integration with high-speed top printing FFGs, including MHIA\u2019s flagship EVOL 84 and EVOL 100, the MPF-MII delivers continuous, stable sheet feeding that reduces downtime and maximizes throughput for demanding production environments.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The MPF-MII represents MHIA\u2019s commitment to advancing corrugated box plant technology through high-performance equipment. With its robust design, the MPF-MII achieves stable stacking, feeding, and first bundling through a series of engineered features, including a middle hopper, swing conveyor, and independent drive ejection belt.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Capable of handling both singlewall and doublewall sheets, the Prefeeder also boasts a lifting device that reverses sheet stacks, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted operation. \u201cOur customers rely on us for solutions that directly address production challenges, and the MPF-MII does exactly that,\u201d said Christine Little, Director of Sales for <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.corrugman.com\/mhia-corrugating\u2026der-installation\/\">MHIA<\/a><\/em> Corrugating Machinery Division.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cMHIA\u2019s research shows that nearly half of equipment downtime stems from issues with ancillary equipment, with older prefeeders contributing significantly to these interruptions.
